Using the Service to intrude upon, attack, interfere with, scan, sniff, penetrate, probe, or otherwise compromise any network, device, platform, system, interface, server, or third-party service;
3. 制作、发布、传播、存储或协助传播恶意程序、病毒、木马、后门、勒索软件、钓鱼内容或其他有害代码；
Creating, publishing, transmitting, storing, or assisting in the dissemination of malware, viruses, trojans, backdoors, ransomware, phishing content, or other harmful code;
4. 浏览、下载、存储、传播或制作违反适用法律法规的内容，包括但不限于儿童色情、极端暴力、仇恨、恐怖主义或其他非法内容；
Browsing, downloading, storing, transmitting, or creating content that violates applicable law, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material, extreme violence, hate content, terrorism-related content, or other illegal material;
5. 侵犯他人的知识产权、隐私权、名誉权、肖像权、数据权利或其他合法权益；
Infringing the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, portrait rights, data rights, or other lawful rights and interests of others;
6. 未经授权收集、披露、买卖、存储或传播他人的个人信息、账号资料、通信内容或其他敏感信息；
Collecting, disclosing, trading, storing, or transmitting others’ personal information, account data, communications, or other sensitive information without authorization;
7. 对 XMA.AC 软件、程序、接口、协议、系统或相关服务进行破解、反编译、反汇编、逆向工程、镜像、篡改、翻译或其他未经授权的技术处理；
Hacking, decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, mirroring, tampering with, translating, or otherwise technically processing XMA.AC software, programs, interfaces, protocols, systems, or related services without authorization;
8. 将本服务用于任何军事、武器、战争、制裁规避或其他高风险、敏感领域用途；
Using the Service for any military, weapons-related, warfare, sanctions-evasion, or other high-risk or sensitive purposes;
9. 通过异常占用资源、批量注册、共享账号、倒卖服务、自动化滥用、商业转售或其他方式影响平台正常运营或其他用户的正常使用；
Affecting the normal operation of the platform or other users’ normal use through abnormal resource consumption, mass registration, account sharing, reselling services, automated abuse, commercial redistribution, or similar conduct;
10. 从事其他违反法律法规、监管要求、本条款或平台规则的行为。
Engaging in any other conduct that violates laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, these Terms, or platform rules.
如 XMA.AC 有合理理由认为您存在前述行为或存在相关风险，有权依据自身判断采取相应措施，包括但不限于警告、限制功能、暂停服务、封禁账户、终止合作及拒绝退款等。
If XMA.AC reasonably believes that you have engaged in any of the foregoing conduct or pose related risks, XMA.AC may take appropriate action at its discretion, including but not limited to warnings, feature restrictions, service suspension, account termination, ending the business relationship, and refusing refunds.

### 5.1 个人合法使用 / Personal and Lawful Use Only
XMA.AC 提供的服务原则上仅限于用户个人、合法、合规范围内使用，除非另有明确书面授权，不得用于转售、分发、共享接入、商业托管或其他商业化用途。
Unless expressly authorized in writing, XMA.AC Services are for personal, lawful, and compliant use only and may not be used for resale, redistribution, shared access, commercial hosting, or other commercial purposes.
### 5.2 异常账号处理 / Handling of Abnormal Accounts
非官方账号、共享账号、批量控制账号、经由非授权渠道获取的账号，或存在异常使用行为的账号，XMA.AC 有权直接限制、暂停或永久终止其服务资格。
XMA.AC reserves the right to directly restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that are unofficial, shared, batch-controlled, obtained through unauthorized channels, or otherwise exhibit abnormal usage behavior.
### 5.3 特定访问限制 / Specific Access Restrictions
若因监管要求、司法机关要求、第三方合作方要求、网络安全风险、系统维护或不可抗力等原因，XMA.AC 需要限制部分地区、设备、网络环境或用户的访问权限，您对此予以理解并同意。
You acknowledge and agree that XMA.AC may need to restrict access for certain regions, devices, network environments, or users due to regulatory requirements, judicial requests, third-party partner requirements, cybersecurity risks, system maintenance, or force majeure events.

## 六、费用、订阅与退款说明 / 6. Fees, Subscription, and Refunds
### 6.1 收费服务 / Paid Services
XMA.AC 的部分服务为收费服务，具体收费标准、订阅周期、支付方式、产品说明及优惠规则，以您下单时页面展示内容为准。
Some XMA.AC Services are paid services. Pricing, subscription periods, payment methods, product descriptions, and promotional rules shall be subject to the information displayed at the time of purchase.
### 6.2 支付义务 / Payment Obligation
您应按约定及时、完整支付相关费用。若支付失败、退款撤销、拒付或存在异常交易情形，XMA.AC 有权暂停或终止相应服务。
You must pay the applicable fees in a timely and complete manner. If payment fails, is reversed, charged back, or otherwise appears abnormal, XMA.AC may suspend or terminate the corresponding Service.
### 6.3 退款规则 / Refund Policy
除法律另有强制规定或 XMA.AC 另有明确说明外，已支付费用通常不予退还。与优惠活动、折扣码、赠送时长、试用权益相关的具体规则，以活动页面说明为准。
Except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated by XMA.AC, fees already paid are generally non-refundable. Specific rules relating to promotions, discount codes, bonus time, or trial benefits shall be governed by the relevant promotional page.
### 6.4 异常交易 / Improper Transactions
如发现通过欺诈支付、盗刷、恶意退款、滥用优惠、异常注册或其他不正当方式获取服务权益，XMA.AC 有权立即取消相关权益并追究相应责任。
If any service benefits are obtained through fraudulent payments, stolen cards, malicious refund requests, abuse of promotions, abnormal registration, or other improper means, XMA.AC may immediately revoke such benefits and pursue responsibility accordingly.

Any other circumstance where XMA.AC reasonably determines that restrictive action is necessary.

Such force majeure or third-party causes include, without limitation, natural disasters, war, public health emergencies, government actions, policy changes, network carrier failures, communication interruptions, abnormal domain name resolution, cyberattacks, system upgrades, technical limitations, or third-party service interruptions.

3. 制作、发布、传播、存储或协助传播恶意程序、病毒、木马、后门、勒索软件、钓鱼内容或其他有害代码；
Creating, publishing, transmitting, storing, or assisting in the dissemination of malware, viruses, trojans, backdoors, ransomware, phishing content, or other harmful code;
4. 浏览、下载、存储、传播或制作违反适用法律法规的内容，包括但不限于儿童色情、极端暴力、仇恨、恐怖主义或其他非法内容；
Browsing, downloading, storing, transmitting, or creating content that violates applicable law, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material, extreme violence, hate content, terrorism-related content, or other illegal material;
5. 侵犯他人的知识产权、隐私权、名誉权、肖像权、数据权利或其他合法权益；
Infringing the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, portrait rights, data rights, or other lawful rights and interests of others;
6. 未经授权收集、披露、买卖、存储或传播他人的个人信息、账号资料、通信内容或其他敏感信息；
Collecting, disclosing, trading, storing, or transmitting others’ personal information, account data, communications, or other sensitive information without authorization;
7. 对 XMA.AC 软件、程序、接口、协议、系统或相关服务进行破解、反编译、反汇编、逆向工程、镜像、篡改、翻译或其他未经授权的技术处理；
Hacking, decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, mirroring, tampering with, translating, or otherwise technically processing XMA.AC software, programs, interfaces, protocols, systems, or related services without authorization;
8. 将本服务用于任何军事、武器、战争、制裁规避或其他高风险、敏感领域用途；
Using the Service for any military, weapons-related, warfare, sanctions-evasion, or other high-risk or sensitive purposes;
9. 通过异常占用资源、批量注册、共享账号、倒卖服务、自动化滥用、商业转售或其他方式影响平台正常运营或其他用户的正常使用；
Affecting the normal operation of the platform or other users’ normal use through abnormal resource consumption, mass registration, account sharing, reselling services, automated abuse, commercial redistribution, or similar conduct;

Engaging in any other conduct that violates laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, these Terms, or platform rules.
